Free Wills will be provided to the member and
co-habiting spouse.

There are several reasons for making a Will, here are just
a few:-

1. To nominate whom you wish to look after your affairs.

2. To choose whom will benefit from
your Estate.

3. To ensure your wishes are clearly stated.

4. To protect the position of unmarried partners.

5. To look after the interests of surviving children and appoint a Guardian.

6. To try and avoid potential family conflicts.

7. To detail any particular funeral instructions.

8. To reduce administration costs.

There will be no cost to the member or spouse for this service. The Wills will be complete within three weeks of the return of the questionnaire or from initial interview.

In addition to the above service we also offer free initial advice in all aspects of Trust & Executry administration.

The death of a relative is always a distressing time for members and their families and we will endeavour to alleviate any legal problems that may arise.
